Forum Any better way than RSS for "recent threads"

Have set up a blog here

on the right hand side trying to pull in recent threads from the forum here

www.healthandmuscle.com/forum

Ideally what I would like is :

Thread Title
10-15 words of the content of the post from that thread.

Is that possible without all the other irrelevent stuff from the feed:
