Forum Changing main menu nav bar
 

Hi

I've upgraded an old forum we didn't use to VB here:

www.healthandmuscle.com/forum

We have a blog here we just started

www.healthandmuscle.com

Ideally I want the main blue nav bar seen on the blog

Home, Reviews, Forum, Your Blogs

To be able to be replicated on the main blue nav bar on the forum .

I'm guessing this isnt' that easy ?

Could I get some pointers pleease?
