CMS CMS, deleting Sections, and Access denied issue....
 

I got the whole vb4 suite working nicely, imported my old smf messages. Everything works nice in the forum, the blog works fine too. This is all a new install on a new server.
However, in CMS, when I try to create an article, I get access denied to database - But only with this one feature - the whole rest of the site works fine.
And secondly, I cant find anywhere that I can delete the default-installed Sections in cms -

Any ideas on these two items? They're all I have left to figure out and I'm gin.
