Can't browse the froums!!

Hope you all are doing good and enjoying your times.

I have got this problem, when my server owner rebuilt the server and restored my files and data back to it, it happens that everytime i try to browse my fourms I get this problem:

though i replaced those files mentioned with new ones but nothing much changed, I even uploaded a new whole set of the newest version 4.0.2 on a seperated file to upgrade it to that one but I had even some file errors with the new version.

do you have any idea where could mistake be?
