CMS How to remove time from article published date stamp
 

I wish to remove the time from the date and time stamped on published articles.

Stamp now appears like this:
Published on March 13th, 2010 02:43 PM

I want this:
Published on March 13th, 2010

Does anyone know how to do this? And do it without removing the time from forum posts.
