Forum MODCP Messed up! Why? + Additional Question
 

Apparently my MOD CP is messed up....
Picture is below, could anyone tell me how to fix this please? (This is NOT AdminCP, its MODCp)

Also, the user who is viewing this modcp is a super moderator (Im logged in as him) , how do I make it so that he doesnt have permission to change the usergroup of another member? but can do the rest, i looked around usergroup manager, couldnt find any option.

EDIT:BTW why is it..that super moderators can make other members administrators?
Makes no sense....And they can edit their own usergroup as well?

Please someone tell me how to make it so they cannot edit anyone's usergroup.....or better yet...
cannot make anyone's usergroup higher than theirs!
