removing a unwanted template help
 

I have 2 custom templates I need removed and I cannot figure how to do this. There is no button to remove. My site was hacked a week ago from a Malaysia IP address, and need to do the newest upgrade. When we repaired it now these 2 custom templates showed up from some old work.
