CMS CMS Comments not showing immediately
 

I have a few articles that show the correct number of comments but when you look at the comments there is a difference between the actual count and what is shown. Likewise, sometimes when a comment is made, it doesn't show up (yet it is added to the forum). Any idear's? Here is an example:

At the top of this article it is actually showing 4 comments:

When you scroll to the comments it is only showing 1. Yest when you look at the corresponding thread it shows all 4 comments:
