Forum What plugins is this site using?
 

Hi,
I'd like to know how http://darkztar.com has a setup where users get to the next rank (usergroup?) when they get a certain number of posts, a certain amount of rep, and a certain amount of time has passed since they registered.

I'd also like to know how they control the permissions for the Downloads II addon they have, if indeed they are using user ranks and not usergroups.
