Errors on the website.

When I try to login it goes automatically to http://47r-squad.com/forums/login.php and it says it didn't find the link.
I am trying to make sure http://www.47r-squad.com and http://47r-squad.com share the same cookies.
Currently its not it seems like.
My host provided me some suggestions, but it doesn't seem like its working.

Also where can I go into my phpmyadmin and edit the cookies settings?
I believe I changed it to .47r-squad.com in there.
