Suite "Could not start transfer" - what now?
 

Hi folks,
I'm just upgrading from 4.0.1 to 4.0.2 using filezilla
When copying the "forums" folder over to "public html" there are a handful of files which do not copy succesfully. I've tried this 3 times now and the same files are failing for the reason "could not start transfer".
What do I do now?
