Forum New Registered Members No Longer Receiving Confirmation Emails
 

I just learned that new members are not receiving the confirmation email to register on my forum. Everything else seems to work fine after the upgrade except for this. Does anyone have any ideas of where I should start to look to correct the problem?

I also noticed that in the Admin CP, I cannot send the password reminder to any member.
