PHP Question: hiding Memberlist from non-staff members and Google.
 

I'm trying to remove the Memberlist from the navbar at the top of the forum so that guests, Google, and members can't see it, while still allowing it to be seen by Admins, Mods, and Supermods. I believe this code will accomplish what I'm trying to do:

I know next to nothing about php. Does the new if condition replace the current one, or should it be wrapped around the current one?

Also, am I correct that adding this new code will prevent Google from seeing the link to the memberlist? I don't want to waste linkjuice.
