Forum Best way to backup and restore forums
 

I have no problem in backing up my forums, but I have never found a easy way to restore my forums. I have always had someone else do it for me, and when asked how they did it, always got told "It is to complicated to explain"

I don't see how when it took them less than 5 minutes.

Does anyone know of an easy way to restore a forum that you backup?
