CMS How to configure mod_security
 

I've mod_sec on my server and the rules ban out the IP when something happen. Problem is that from when I've installed VB4 I've to manually allow (delist their IPs) many people every day. They don't do anything particular but browsing the forum and they got banned. I've to manually delete lines like these one...

The mod_sec version is 2.5.5 and I use WHM and Cpanel on my server. Can someone tell me what rules I've to modify to make VB4 works or how can I disable mod_sec on my forum? I've read that version 2 cannot be disabled by .htaccess so I would appreciate some directions on how to do that using WHM and cPanel.
