[HELP]admincp & install is blank
 

i can't do nothing with the forum because admincp & install directory is blank, so even when i want to use tools.php and upgrade.php it's come out blank too... and i've already tried almost all the solution in the vbulletin manual about white page, still the same.. any idea? help me pls....
