Scrambled text at the very top of Control Panel Home?
 

Hi There,
I'm seeing scrambled text above the top line on the CP Home page (image attached).
And some actions return only a page of scrambled text.
I've run Repair/Optimise, and I've tried to upgrade to 3.8.5 but can't.

Forum appears to be functioning just fine, the problem is only evident in the admin area.

Is this scrambled text typical of any particular problem?
