How do you use the ACP Advertising Link?

I have more that one advertiser and everytime, I try to add more than one. This happens.

Ok, I got one to work on Global

The minute I had another ad

I get this.

I guess what I need is a rotator or something to that effect.. Can this Advertiser do that?
