yet another php upgrade issue (i think) only in certain browsers
 

IE and Chrome users do not see the/a image when they attach it, and they also do not see it when they submit and view the post... i went from php 4.x to 5.2.3. there's no error that i know of, just a "broken image" image.

anyone have any idea why this occurs ?
