Using Impex to import Database thats not...
 

Is it possible for me to take a backup copy of my database, load it into a new second database and use impex to import users/posts into my main database/vb setup without loading up vB a 2nd time to be the source?

Pretty much Target database has vB4 installed and is "live". The source database is just a database with no vB linking to it but this is where the info comes from to import to the live site... Sorry if i made this sound a bit more confusing that it should be...
