Forum Remove (?, â, ?, é, etc) of URLs
 

There is a easy way to generate URLs like Wordpress, when latin characters are automatically replaced by letters without accents (â = a), therefore we will have no problems and strange characters on URL.

Example: www.forumdigitalfoto.com/forums/4-Câmeras-Reflex-Digitais-DSLR to www.forumdigitalfoto.com/forums/4-Cameras-Reflex-Digitais-DSLR

I tried to change the encoding "utf-8", but did not result.
