Forum Admin can post pictures Registered USers can't
 

Yeah I know it sounds like a real basic problem but I can't find where to fix it in the control panel. Registered users aren't able to post photos in galleries or in posts. Yet my admin profile can. How do I enable registered users to post images?

CP>Usergroups>Registered Users>Attachment Permission

Can Upload Attachments = Yes
Space (in bytes) that a user's total attachment usage may consume = 0

Under Picture Uploading Permissions Everything is set to Yes but it's all just avatar, profile pic settings, and signature setting.

CP>Settings>User Picture Options>

It's all enabled

Any help would be appreciated.
