I'm currently running 3.8.4 and now that I'm done configuring version 4.0.2 I would like to know how to import all the posts, registered users, etc. I don't want to lose any members or posts, if it's possible, I would also like to import the current bbcodes (over 40).

Please tell me how to do this. =]
