Forum V 4.0.2 P1 Users cannot log out
 

Having an issue with users logging out. I can't find any reason for it, but when the logout is clicked on, it takes them to this page on our forum, which displays blank:

When I do the same thing here, I get this for a link and displays properly:

What are we doing wrong? :confused:
