Forum CSS Attributes are not working...
 

I am trying to position my ad in the header and I am using the CSS template: vbulletin-chrome.css and my ad banner is still not positioning. I have tried adjusting the css on "ad_global_header", "ad_global_header1", and "ad_global_header2" and doing inline CSS within the header template and my header ad will not move an inch. I have cleared my cookies, tried different browsers and a different computer and I cannot get it to move.

Here is what I currently have it set at:
