Forum Installing fresh VB 4.0.2 but keep DB
 

My website got very slow and i think its something in my VB, so i want to do a clean installation of VB forum 4.0.2.

But how do i do that and keep my threads / members and stuff so my whole database?

And secondly is there a way to clean out the database before doing this... so there is no mess in my DB that i dont use, i mean i wanna keep all threads, members, postcount and all, but the stuff the addons put in my DB can go, how do i do that?

Hope somone can help me on this one..
