Username too short
 

In vBulletin options/user registration options I set the maximum number of characters for usernames 25, but anything more than 15 can't be seen. My forum shows only 15 caracters, how to fix it.

The same problem i have with sub-forum titles. Only 15 characters. Is it possible to fix that?
