Can someone please, please help me.
 

I have purchased VBulletin and have used it on my site for years. I know absolutely nothing about it and am in a real pickle. My webmaster is a complete fraud. He charges me for things that never get done. If I dare touch it or do something to mess it up I am in a real jam. I am running 3.6.7 PL1. None of the fonts, colors etc. work when some one posts. It shows the html but when you hit send it is regular type. Is there anyone out here that could help me, I can pay you via PayPal or whatever. People are counting on my forum and I can't make a mistake. Are there any honest people out here anymore?
