Database Query to REPLACE link in messages
 

I have hundreds of messages that link to another website and all the URLs are wrong. It's very important that I change these all to the correct URL. I know it can be done using a database query, but I don't know enough about performing queries to feel confident doing it without first asking for your help.

I found this example:

Can someone put this in more relevant terms of changing one URL to another URL in all the messages it appears in? My database tables do have a prefix.
