VB 3.8.4 Security Patch Crashed Forum
 

I am running 3.8.4 PL1. When I installed the PL2 files in the INCLUDES folder, it crashed the forum. I am running on a Windows Server 2003 platform.

When I accessed the ZIP folder containing the patch files, a popup message in a foreign language came up ( screenshot below). I closed the popup message and proceeded to install the new files.

When attempting to access the forum or admin panel, it shows this error:
