CMS Upgrade to 4.02 issue
 

When I click to edit any of the articles in my CMS I get the following error message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function CarpCacheShow() in /var/home/yd/web/forums/includes/class_postbit.php(277) : eval()'d code on line 2

This occurs in the Admin section and also if I click on the Edit pencil beside the article title on the CMS pages.
