How do you change the link of the titleimage in the stylevar? It points to the bbs main page want it to go somewhere else

How do you change the text in the pagetitle. Is says "Forum" with the little house icon next to it. I would like it to say the name of our website.

Just below that it says

Forums Welcome to the Forums.


I would like to get rid of "Forums" and just say "Welcome to the *name of website*"


How do you add text to the registration page and the forums rules page?
