Newspaper Cms with VB 4 or drupal

I am thinking of having a newspaper kind of website with all features like blog, forum, jobs, articles etc. I am confused between Drupal vs VB4

I wish to know if its possible to have a newspaper like layout and different content type with Vbulletin CMS?

Which one will be better drupal vs Vbulletin
