Can anybody help me with this banner problem?
 

Hi there,

I have no idea if I'm posting in the right area but I'm at my wits end!

Anyway when I save banner ads I can see some of them but others are just a white sheet with the top right folded down and colored dots on it. Someone at work told me I might have to save them to a JPEG file but I only have two file options to save to - GIF and BMP. Do I need JPEG and if so how do I get it or could it be something else I need to download? I have XP.

Any help/advice would be very much appreciated as this is a bit too technical for me!
