License, where? Tree Days After Paid
 

I paid with Paypal, and instantly charged my credit card but i still waiting, where can i send email or something, the call is not an option because i need support in spanish.
I read the FAQ but i understand that i got funds, because one second after the payment, paypal confirmed.
