Suite price question
 

Hello
I want to purchase vbulletin software for upgrade phpbb forum, but now I see this suite and I have a question.
If I purchase just forum classic license ($195) but in the future I want to use the full cms, blogs and everything in the suite, I should pay $285? or just $90 because I have the vbulletin 4.0 license?
I can't found and answer to this in the faq and I really like to know it.
