Forum Restrict new members posting in a forum until they have a defined post count
 

I would like to define a rule that doesn't allow registered users to post in a certain forum until either a time limit has been reached or a post count.

I've looked at the promotions, is this the way to do it?

How do I make sure it's only linked to one forum?
