If any one can help me I'm new to vBulletin.
I know how to create custom colors and textures in photoshop that could be used for skins but I dont know where to begin with loading them into vBulletin 4.x.x or what size or format to save them in. Can anyone please help. Mind you after searching for 2 days I cant find anything.:(
