Forum Background Issue When Selecting A Username
 

One of my Admins in charge of the Graphics for my forum has changed a setting that he doesn't know how to fix. The post here explains it:

As you can see, if you click his username the "lightbox" or whatever that pops up that will allow you to send PMs, Add As Contact, etc. now has a transparent background instead of a solid color. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
