Default Forum Level to Collapse
 

1. Is there a way to default/set my Forum level to collapse view? I do not want my /forum page to display like this by default:

Forum 1
-- Category A
-- Category B
-- Category C
-- Etc

Forum 2
-- Category A
-- Category B
-- Category C
-- Etc

Forum 3
-- Category A
-- Category B
-- Category C
-- Etc

I want my visitors to see ONLY the Forum levels, by default, like below (so they will have to manually click the Expand icon in order to display a Forum's categories):

Forum 1
Forum 2
Forum 3


2. What is wrong with the Support email at [email protected]? I use to be able to email for help and receive an auto response with a link to my ticket with SID number. Now my emails for help just goes into a black hole (I've tried it several times already).
