Forum Visitor Messaging Allow Some BB Code
 

For my standard registered users they get no bbcode for private messages, post replies or new threads. But for some reason they get the following for visitor messaging.

Remove Text Formatting
Bold
Italic
Underline
Font Color
Link
Image
Video
Spell Check

I don't want to turn these off globally. Where in the heck are there visitor messaging bb code selections? I don't see that except for signatures and blogging and that's in Usergroup settings, but there are no bb code settings for visitor messaging in the usergroup manager. This didn't happen in 3.0 boards, I am running 4.0.2.
