We run 3.7.4 Patch Level 1 on our forum and considering to upgrade

A few questions: We use VBSEO now , the new seo urls for 4.0 is that as good as VBSEO meaning this can be placed vy vbulletin SEO ?

The new profile options for the user, what choices is there ?
I want user to be able to register sex,living place and different dating options. Must this be custom or is it in new 4.0 version ?

can users searcbh on this as well ?
