Moving Host - import issues
 

Hey guys,
I have had to move hosts and got a vps through webfusion - Plesk. I have installed the forum no problem, but when i import the sql file it says it has done it but when i got to the forum it's just default blank still. Anyone got any ideas.
Could it be because the new host has a newer version of php ?
Please help
