Which SQL DB Backup option should I tick for complete backup?
 

Hello all. I've been backing up my forum via the SQL section from my web host.

I'm just wanting to clarify which options should and should not be checked to unsure a successful backup and more importantly successful restore. My options and default tick boxes are as shown below.
