Forum Vbulletin 4.0 BETA 5 to latest version problems upgrading! Help please!
 

Hi everyone,

I come in search for some answers

I have a few problems when upgrading my website to the latest version of vbulletin and vbseo.

I run the install like i have done so in the past (live site) and go through the process, everything seems to work fine
but them when you go to the site it is all over the place. Like the site isn't aligned and no images etc (bascially unviewable)

i can log into the back end fine and it all works, the last time i had this problems was with an old template that was still
on the site but that has been removed and i am using the vbuelltin 4.0 template.

My vbulletin Version 4.0.0 Beta 5 and my vBSEO is 3.5.0

I do need to update both of them as i am getting a lot of errors with pages missing (i think this is vbSEO).

What my questions are:

1.) I can make a copy in another folder for testing purposes etc but how do i move that later into my live site?

2.) Is there a process i am missing from the install? i am running through the vbulletin documents?

3.) Is my vbseo causing problems with my install, i have done the steps exactly how documented.

Any help on these would be great
