After complete, I used the admin interface to import the 4.0.2pl1 vbulletin style xml from the install zip and overwrite the default templates as well as delete the other incompatible vb3 styles.

All seemed well last night. No errors.

Today I stress tested it a bit (ran xenu link checker as an unregistered guest against it for an hour.)

Suddenly when I clicked the Blog link, a mysql database error was reported (and is persistent now.)

In 4.0.2. pl1 admin I ran maintenance and repair tables, and get 5 corrupt that cannot be repaired:
