CMS CMS and global_setup_complete
 

Hello,

Does vBulletin CMS process not load the plugins at global_setup_complete? I have a product that loads an object at that hook and then the CMS displays a lot of errors about that object not being available even though it is available in vBulletin forums.

What is the problem here?

If vBulletin CMS does not access that hook at all, what are the first that it does access?
