Forum vBulletin 4.x backup & restore
 

Hi all,

I've just been reading the online documentation for vBulletin which says there are options to backup and restore - I can't find any! I'm running 4.01.

Basically, I need to temporarily remove the forum and put it back after a data migration from another site (long story). How the heck do I do this?
