Forum After database crash and restore from backup, can't access Admin CP
 

Am add-on caused a database crash/corruption.

I restored the database from a full backup the previous night thanks to Paul M's add-on.

The forum is now live again.

However, with plugin system enabled I get this:

I can now access the forum. However, I cannot access the Admin CP. I get this error:

It also appears that some of the previously installed add-ons are not active.

If I disable tyhe plug-in system in config.php, I get part of the Admin CP (the main page in the rioght hand panel) but nothing in the left hand options panel except the following errors:
