Forum Add-on from vB.org trashed my site. Suggestions?
 

I installed this add-on tonight: http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=237325

Realized it wouldn't help me and uninstalled it.

Now I get database errors and cannot get to either the forum or Admin CP. Tried disabling all plugin hooks via config.php - that didn't help.

If I leave the files on the server, I get this:

But I don't see anything in init.php that refers to that file.

I submitted a ticket but nothing back and from what I hear it could take days.

I have no forum at all currently.

Help?
